Dr. Bigelow is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a doctorate in health sciences. His work in the field has focused mainly on education and public health/community nutrition, however he also has experience in clinical dietetics and food service. His teaching and counseling philosophy revolves around the belief that learning should be an enjoyable, self-reflective adventure.
